During the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition, ForeFlight, a Boeing Company, announced that Saab, a renowned defense company, will adopt ForeFlight Dispatch and ForeFlight Mobile, complementing its continued use of ForeFlight Trip Support, enabled by Jeppesen International Trip Planning Services (ITPS).

For more than a decade, Saab has utilized Jeppesen products, including ITPS and charts, as well as the recently retired Mobile FliteDeck app. This new agreement not only renews their commitment to these services but also introduces ForeFlight Mobile and ForeFlight Dispatch, enhancing their operational capabilities.

ForeFlight Dispatch offers next-generation flight planning and collaboration capabilities that streamline flight planning on a single platform. From basic domestic flights to complex international trips with stringent route constraints, ForeFlight Dispatch produces EUROCONTROL-valid routes with speed and flexibility.

ForeFlight Trip Support is globally recognized for providing customized trip planning solutions. Its team of experienced trip planners deliver comprehensive trip planning, fueling, ground handling services and more. This flexibility allows customers to select specific services or let the Trip Support team plan every aspect of their flights.

ForeFlight’s comprehensive suite, including Mobile, Dispatch and Trip Support, allows organizations like Saab to tailor their flight planning and execution to meet their unique requirements. Trip Support staff can access each operator’s ForeFlight Dispatch instance, ensuring all resources are readily available and enabling planners to collaborate seamlessly with an organization’s planners and pilots through ForeFlight.

“We are excited to grow our relationship with Saab,” said Tim Schuetze, CEO of ForeFlight. “The addition of ForeFlight Mobile and Dispatch to their existing use of Trip Support will offer Saab a highly collaborative flight planning experience. This integration can equip any operator with flexible and scalable solutions, designed to maximize operational efficiency across their entire fleet.”
