Lifeflight Commercial Adopts ForeFlight for its Air Ambulance Jet Fleet

ForeFlight, a Boeing company, a leading provider of aviation software, announced Lifeflight Commercial Ltd. will adopt the ForeFlight ecosystem for its fleet of Air Ambulance jets which operate in Australia and South Pacific.

As part of the agreement, LifeFlight will equip its pilots with ForeFlight Mobile with integrated Jeppesen charts, as well as Active Navlog and Oceanic Plotting capabilities, which was released in 2023, which not only eliminates the need for paper navlogs and plotting charts, but also simplifies and streamlines record keeping.

LifeFlight Air Ambulance jets will also adopt ForeFlight Dispatch and Runway Analysis, allowing planners and pilots to collaboratively plan flights and run safety-critical takeoff and landing calculations quickly on the computer or iOS device.
